Wiggle Worm Wednesdays

Every Wednesday morning at 10 am with songs, books, and a craft to go with that week’s subject.

  • April 1 – Bunnies

Homeschool Activity Days

Mondays at 10 am and open to all ages! You do not need to be a part of an established group or co-op to attend!

  • April 6 – No Homeschool Program
    *Parents, we will not have a program since the library is closed for the Easter holiday. Remember to save your Greenway Bingo cards for the next week to get prizes!*
  • April 13 – Spring Painting Techniques
    *We will learn the basics of painting and end up with a very special spring scene!*
  • April 20 – Awww!! Baby Animals!
    *We will learn fascinating facts about the most adorable baby animals and, of course, look at pictures of them!*
  • April 27 – Around the World: Australia, Mate!
    *Crikey! It’s time for another trip while we stay in Jonesville. This time we will visit Australia, and of course, we will finish the day with Aussie snacks!*

Kids Zen Bags

March Theme: A Day at the Park!
All Month Long! Grab your zen bags which are designed for kids that just want to relax! Comes with themed coloring pages, word search, crossword, and a sweet treat!

March Craft: Build a Flowerpot
Using the supplies in the bag and some creative skills, can you build a flowerpot?
Grab this month’s “take-it, make-it” craft and test your skills! When you finish, be sure to take a picture and post it to your favorite social media, using the hashtag #MadeItMyself! Available all March long!

KPop Night

April 16 at 5 p.m. for ages 12+

Join other KPop lovers for fun!
Listen to a playlist of your favorite bands, trade photo cards, get special coloring sheets, and so much more!

History Night with Jenn presents: Classic Rock - Part II

Loop Troop

The Jonesville Public Library has created the Loop Troop to benefit Mountain Valley Hospice. Crochet or knitted 3×3 blankets are needed by Hospice and our participants are making them.

Crochet Classes: Every Wednesday during April at 1 pm! All supplies are provided by the library but you are welcome to bring your own supplies if you wish. 

We are looking for a volunteer knitter! If you know how to knit and are willing to teach, please give the library staff a call and speak with Debbie or Jennifer! The library will supply the yarn and the knitting needles, we just need a volunteer to teach knitting!

Adult Zen Bags

Chair Exercises for Adults & Seniors

Every Tuesday and Thursday starting on April 7th at 10 a.m.
Chair exercises are available for adults and seniors, which is a great way to provide a safe, accessible way to improve physical health and independence without straining joints or risking falls!
