What’s Happening at the East Bend Public Library

The East Bend Public Library will be closed April 21, 2025 for Easter Monday.

Gardening 101 with Kellee Payne

Kellee Payne with NC Cooperative Extension will be at the library for Gardening 101 on Wednesday, March 19 from 2 pm to 3 pm.

Paint, Palette, & Pizzazz with Kevin Casteel

Monday, March 17 from 1 pm to 3 pm. There is a $10 class fee & registration is required. Speak with library staff for more information.

Homemade Soap Making

Tuesday, March 25 at 11 am with Chelsea Johnson from NC Cooperative Extension. There is a $15 class fee and registration required. Speak with library staff for more information.

Services & Information

  • Copying, Faxing, and Scanning Services: We offer copying and faxing services for a nominal fee. Scanning documents is free of charge.
  • Library Materials: A larger variety of fiction, nonfiction, biographies, young adult, juvenile fiction, juvenile nonfiction and reference books. Our collection also includes audiobooks, DVDs and magazines.
  • Meeting Room: Our meeting room seats up to 48 people and is available for public use.
  • Resources: 8 Public Computers and 24/7 WiFi access. Please bring your library card Public computer access. WiFi network is open and available in the library parking lot. ABC Mouse and Ancestry.com are available for in-house use.
  • Tax Forms available (seasonally)
  • Voter registration forms available
