Preschool Story Time for preschool children and their caregivers! Join us for a gentle time of stories, songs, crafts, friendship and play. Every Tuesday from 10:00 – 11:00 am in the downstairs community room.

• April Fools – April 1 –Join us for a silly, giggly, and fun-filled April Fools Preschool Storytime! Expect lots of laughter and surprises along the way!
• Bunnies- April 8 – Hop on over to the library for a bunny-tastic preschool storytime! Join us as we dive into the wonderful world of bunnies and rabbits through fun stories, songs, and activities that will delight your little ones. Come dressed in your favorite bunny ears to make it extra special! 
• Easter – April 15th – Join us for a fun-filled Easter Storytime featuring adorable bunnies, colorful eggs, and fluffy chicks! We’ll share delightful springtime stories and enjoy a simple craft. Perfect for little ones eager to celebrate the season with stories and creativity. No registration required—just bring your bunny ears and your love for stories!
• Earth Day – April 22 – Join us for a special Earth Day Preschool Storytime filled with fun, nature-themed stories and a simple craft! We’ll celebrate our amazing planet with tales of trees, animals, and ways little hands can help keep the Earth happy. Let’s read, learn, and grow together! No registration required.
• Gardening – April 29 – Join us for a fun, garden-themed preschool storytime. We’ll read stories about seeds, flowers, and growing things, then make a cute garden-inspired craft to take home. Perfect for little sprouts. No green thumb required—just bring your imagination! 

10:30 a.m. – Noon. Whether you’re into knitting, crochet, quilting, or cross stitch, bring your project and enjoy good company. Beginners and experts alike are welcome!

Arlo the Library Dog – Tuesdays
3-5 p.m. – Arlo, our favorite therapy dog, loves listening to stories! Bring your child to practice their reading skills with a furry friend.

Chess Club – Wednesdays
4:30 – 7 p.m. – Downstairs Community Room – Do you love a good challenge? Come test your strategy skills at our Chess Club, open to players of all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, you’ll find a welcoming space to learn, play, and have fun. Checkmate awaits!

Youth STEAM Programs with Ms. Lori – Thursdays
2:30 – 3:30 p.m.; Downstairs Community Room – Unleash your creativity and curiosity with our Youth STEAM Programs led by the amazing Ms. Lori! Designed for ages 6 and up, these hands-on sessions explore exciting Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) concepts through fun, interactive projects. Whether you’re building, designing, or experimenting, there’s always something new to discover.
