Children's Programs
STEAM & Stories (ages 0-5) has free play with STEM toys and STEM stories. This is the first Thursday of each month at 10 a.m..
Preschool Storytime (ages 2-5) is on Thursdays at 10 a.m. (other than the first week of the month). Join us for stories, songs, crafts, and play time! *No storytime on November 28 due to Thanksgiving holiday*
Kaleidoscope Play & Learn (ages 0-5) Smart Start of Yadkin County meets Tuesdays from 10-11:30 a.m.
Trivia: Wizards Witches and Magic, Oh My! (ages 10+) - November 18, 4:30-5:30 p.m.. Younger siblings can play with toys set up in the library's kids area

- Basic forms available to copy for wills, power of attorney, and divorce
- Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program: offers free tax help to people who generally make $60,000 or less, persons with disabilities, and limited English speaking taxpayers who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns. IRS certified volunteers provide free basic income tax return preparation with electronic filing to qualified individuals. A checklist of what to bring to your local VITA site can be found here.
