Overview

We are a four county Regional Library system serving Alleghany, Stokes, Surry, and Yadkin Counties.  The position is for Fridays and possibly another day during the week as well as filling in as needed. 

Duties

The courier is responsible for transporting and delivering books and library items to 13 libraries. This position requires an individual who can work independently while having good customer interactions through excellent communication skills. 

Qualification

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
• No DUI/DWI convictions for traffic violations
• Ability to work Fridays and possibly other days as needed
