We are excited to offer curbside service!

Beginning Wednesday May 27, 2020, Contactless Curbside Service is available 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Please contact the library where you chose to use this service.

All items have been quarantined for at least 72 hours before circulating.

Your account must be in good standing to use curbside. Any fines accrued before the libraries closed on March 27 must be resolved before items can be checked out. Please let us know if you have concerns about your account.

Library Materials

  • You may place holds for all materials requested either online or by phone.

  • Online holds are limited to 10 books and 7 DVD’s per library card. Go to nwrl.org or call the library to place holds.

  • You must wait until you receive a notification that your items are ready before coming to pick up items.

  • When you arrive, please call the library and provide information about your library account.

  • Please remain in your vehicle until the librarian says your items are ready

  •  Your items will be placed on a table outside the library. If you are unable to leave your vehicle (due to physical reasons, children in vehicle, pressed for time, etc.),  please let the librarian know when you arrive, and we will ask you to provide access to your trunk so a staff member can place bags in your vehicle.

Printed Items

  • Email your online document to the library in advance.

  • Please send the items for printing as one of the following file types (PDF, Word document, JPG, or PNG) or send a direct link to the information desired.

  • Librarians cannot login to patrons’ accounts (email, Facebook, online banking, etc.).

  • If you have paper documents to be copied, please call the library in advance and place them in the designated area outside the library when you arrive.

  • Librarians can print up to 20 black and white and 5 color pages per patron (total 25)

  • Printing fees will be waived.

  • Once the items are printed, a librarian will reply to the original request. When you arrive, call the library and provide your name and identification.

  • Please remain in your vehicle until the staff member says your items are ready.

  • Your items will be placed in a clearly marked designated area for you to pick up. If you are unable to leave your vehicle, please let the staff member know.
