Learning at Home: Languages

Thank you for social distancing, an essential measure against the spread of COVID-19. We’re right there with you, from our youngest making conference call cameos to our teens announcing mere hours into self-quarantine that they are ready to go back to school.

This is a place where teachers, parents, and students can share educational materials for deaf kids. The goal is to make it easier for families and teachers to support deaf children. The library is intended to be a community resource; our goal is to give credit to all of the many people who contribute time and materials to this website. We will not sell the data you contribute or use it for anything except teaching deaf children, and ask that you do the same. The data submitted here should be appropriate for children. The library materials should only be used for educational purposes, with attribution to the creator(s) and contributor. By entering you are indicating that you agree to these terms. ASL Connect is intended to be a central resource for learning ASL and about Deaf Studies online, with all content created by Deaf ASL-fluent scholars. We offer ways to learn some basic ASL online to get you started, and then we offer highly engaging and interactive ASL and Deaf Studies courses online.
