In response to the global spread of a respiratory illness caused by a novel coronavirus (COVID-19), NCHA has compiled quick links to information, resources and guidance for hospitals and healthcare professionals. The number of COVID-19 cases in North Carolina is updated daily online here and global cases are listed here. North Carolina’s hospitals are working around the clock to care for patients and prepare for a projected surge in patient volume. Many are taking unprecedented measures to expand their ability to care for current and anticipated COVID-19 cases, not to mention other urgent healthcare needs. And for that, we are grateful. Please show your support for their efforts on the frontlines fighting this virus by doing your part — staying home, washing your hands and social distancing.
